Hustle & Flow Love Yo’self: A weekend of radical self care. Sixty women will descend upon Joyful Journey Hot Springs outside Crestone, Colorado for the 2016 Hustle & Flow Retreat. During the three-day, sold out retreat, participants will connect with other women, sharing their energies and gifts, creating community, networking, and relaxing. The mission of Hustle & Flow is to connect deeply through movement and through stillness, through introspection and through creativity.
In addition to soaking in the healing waters of Joyful Journey, workshops will be offered in yoga and meditation, Zumba, creative movement & dance, poetry & writing, art, creativity, budgeting, business development, & boundary setting. Jennifer Chavez, Mamie Gibson, Melanie Levy, Amy Bowers, Mary Corinne (MC) DeGood, Cathleen Nelson, Axé Charmaine, Jennifer Fischer, Merrick Weaver, Mariah Aldinger round out the impressive roster of workshop designers. Heidi Whitehead will lead the intention setting opening circle and Beltane Fire Circle.
Joyful Journey Hot Springs is located near Crestone, Colorado at an elevation of 8,000 feet on the edge of the desert plains of the San Luis Valley beneath the Sangre de Cristo Range. The area has long been considered sacred. Halfway between the spring equinox and summer solstice, the retreat coincides with the third quarter moon and, auspiciously, Beltane’s midspring magic.
